Select Training and Conditioning Option

Easy Steps To TRAIN with The Blue Lightning Track Club

 

  1. Select a Training Option and complete payment.
  2. Complete (BLTC) Liability Waiver and bring to practice.
  3. Complete BLTC Media Release and bring to practice.
  4. Bring a good pair of running shoes, a bottle of water, and a food or drink with protein to consume after practice.

Train with Track Club (1-Day to 5-week training options)

Get speed, endurance and conditioning training with Blue Lightning Track Club as a non-club member. Train alongside National Junior Olympians and top athletes. Receive coaching from a 4-Time NCAA All-American, and 11-Time All-SEC Sprinter, and SEC Champion.

*The Blue Lightning Track Club trains 2-3 days each week, depending on the weather and team competition schedule. Competing at track meets with the Blue Lightning Track Club is not included.
