We’re kicking open the doors to the Spring Season!! Thank you for entering theLab @ Brookwood HS, located at 1255 Dogwood Rd SW, Snellville, GA 30078. This is our fourth year offering this developmental meet series, and we could not be more proud to be of service to the track & field community! Let’s get started with tomorrow’s meet programs and meet schedule – attached.

We have a few Season Opener highlights in store for you tomorrow:
• We will host a pre-race nutrition table staffed by Ann Dunaway Teh, a registered dietitian nutritionist with specialty certification in sports nutrition, center field, from 9:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m. The table will feature information about foods athletes should eat to fuel their events. Although the table is primarily informational, there will be samples to try.
• Pole vault will open for first-timers at 10:00 a.m., led by Jodie Nettles, an accomplished collegiate vaulter (Georgia Tech) and Brookwood High PV coach. Athletes need not be registered for PV to try the event. Poles for first-timers will be provided.
