Off-Season Conditioning Participant Agreement & Program Policies
Where Champions Are Made!
Welcome
Welcome to the Blue Lightning Track Club (BLTC) Off-Season Conditioning Program. Our program is designed to help athletes improve speed, strength, endurance, running mechanics, confidence, and overall athletic performance in a positive, challenging, and encouraging environment.
Participation in the Off-Season Conditioning Program does not constitute membership in Blue Lightning Track Club and does not guarantee selection or an invitation to join the Club's competitive team.

Athletes may not participate until a valid sports physical has been received and approved by Blue Lightning Track Club.
Competitive Team Selection

Athletes interested in joining the Blue Lightning Track Club competitive team will participate in the Blue Lightning Team Time Trial, which is held on the final scheduled day of the Off-Season Conditioning Program.
Selection for the upcoming competitive season will be determined by the Blue Lightning coaching staff based primarily on each athlete's performance during the Team Time Trial, together with the athlete's overall effort, coachability, attendance, attitude, and readiness to compete.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable after enrollment. Weather cancellations, missed practices, schedule conflicts, voluntary withdrawal, or dismissal do not qualify for refunds.
