Parent Dashboard Resource Receipt and Content Use Agreement
Addendum to the Club Handbook
This agreement confirms delivery of the supplemental digital resources included with your Champion’s purchased club membership and sets the terms for using the Parent Dashboard and its content.
1. Purpose and Membership Connection
The Blue Lightning Track Club Parent Dashboard includes intellectual property, exclusive member content, and aggregated resources that support your Champion’s club membership. These resources are an integral supplemental part of the membership services provided by Blue Lightning Track Club (“the Club”).
2. Supplemental Resources Provided
The resources covered by this agreement are the following dashboard materials, tools, and access links, as available and applicable to your purchased membership:

Member Orientation and Setup: New Member Setup; Parent Orientation Videos; New Champion Profile Form; Club Handbook; and instructions or links for AAU Membership, Sports Physical, Submit Age Verification, and Order / Pickup Uniform.

Season Planning and Meet Preparation: Practice Schedule; Meet Schedule; and Track Meets — What to Expect.

Training and Athlete Development: Running Form AI; Core & Stability Workouts; Workout Training Videos; and the optional Track Your Champion’s Speed resource.

Nutrition and Hydration: Nutrition & Hydration Guide, including its PDF; Competitor’s Kitchen; Food Fitness AI 2.04; and Coach Nutri, providing educational fueling resources for practices, meets, and recovery. Weekly Nutrition fueling and Hydration Tips:

Health and Equipment Education: Champion Health Maintenance and Running Shoes & Track Spikes guidance.

Membership and Team Coordination: Select Club Membership; ongoing Team Communications and training; and Uniforms & Team Gear access links and instructions.
Access to instructions, forms, or ordering links confirms delivery of those digital resources. It does not confirm completion of registration, medical clearance, AAU membership, an equipment purchase, or physical delivery of a uniform. Optional tools and external services may have separate terms, account requirements, or fees.
3. Acknowledgment of Access and Receipt
I acknowledge that, after creating my user login and password, receiving any required approval, and successfully signing in to the Blue Lightning Track Club Parent Dashboard, I have received electronic access to the supplemental resources made available for my Champion’s purchased membership.
Upon that successful access, I acknowledge that the Club has fulfilled the initial delivery of the supplemental digital resources portion of my purchased membership to the extent those resources are actually accessible. I do not need to download, read, watch, or use every accessible item for its electronic delivery to be acknowledged. Creating an account without successful dashboard access does not confirm receipt.
This acknowledgment concerns the supplemental digital resources only. It does not certify completion of future practices, coaching, meets, physical goods, or other remaining membership services, and it does not end any continuing access promised under my membership. I will notify the Club of any resource I cannot access.
4. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Original Club materials remain the intellectual property of the Club or their respective owners. Aggregated or linked third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Dashboard access grants permission to use the available resources for my Champion’s personal participation in the Club; it does not transfer ownership.
I agree to keep my login credentials private and not provide dashboard access to people outside my authorized account.
Except as permitted by the applicable owner or by law, I will not redistribute, publish, sell, or repurpose restricted Club materials for another team, program, or business without written permission. I may view and use the resources and download materials where the dashboard permits for my Champion’s personal membership use.
5. Membership Terms and Electronic Acceptance
This agreement supplements my existing membership agreement and Club Handbook. It does not create a new refund policy, change an existing refund calculation, or assign a separate dollar value to these resources. It does not waive rights provided by applicable law.
By electronically signing this agreement, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian, have read this agreement, and agree to its content-use terms.
If I sign before my first successful login, the receipt acknowledgment in Section 3 takes effect only when successful access occurs.
I consent to electronic acceptance and intend my electronic signature to serve as my signature on this agreement.
