Please complete the following required items to become an official club member, attend practice, receive team competition uniform (if included with your membership), to compete in track meets, and added to receive team communications distribution.

2. Sign Liability Waiver & Media Release

3. Sign Club Handbook

We use the Champion's Profile Form for everything team-related - track meets, birthdays verification, practice, etc, so the sooner you can complete this form the faster we can get your Champion up and running - Literally! 🙂
