ATTENTION

Off-Season Conditioning

- A Test-Drive Tryout is not required to join the Off-Season Conditioning Program.
- All participants in the off-season will take part in a team time trial at the end of the program to assess their fitness and readiness for Track & Field.

Joining a Competition Season
- A Test-Drive Tryout is required before purchasing a club membership and competing in the Indoor, Spring, or Summer seasons, unless you receive an invitation to join from the Head Coach.
- Exemptions (no tryout required) include:
- Returning team members
- Athletes currently competing at a high level for their school
- Unattached athletes with recent strong performance marks
