PLEASE READ: Off-Season Conditioning fills quickly. Over 90% of our current athletes return each year, and remaining spots are limited and offered on a first-come basis. Register early to keep your Champion progressing and ready for next season. Once capacity is reached, registration will close—no exceptions.
This program is designed for athletes preparing for track & field competition—not as a general fitness or weight loss program. All participants should be ready to train at a competitive level, including full participation in partner and team-based workouts.
